Restrictions

  • Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property.
  • PAN Card, Non-Govt IDs and Office ID are not accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Property staff is trained on hygiene guidelines
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Outside food is not allowed
  • Allows private parties or events
  • Quarantine protocols are being followed as per local government authorities

  • Due to GST implementation, there could be extra taxes payable at the hotel, tax invoices for the same will be provided by the hotel. Hotels may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s eve or other festive periods. Any such supplements need to be paid directly at the hotel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge up to 1 day prior to arrival. If cancelled within 1 day of arrival, 100 % of the 1st Night shall be charged.
  • Full refund will be applicable if the booking is cancelled prior to 1 day of arrival before 2.00 pm

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking.
  • No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking.
  • INR 1000 will be charged for an extra cot per guest. (To be paid at the property)
